Top Ten Questions to Ask Yourself Before Booking Your Transportation
- Does the transportation service listen to what your needs are in accommodating your party? Our goal is to serve you as best we can.
- Do they have a vehicle with a large enough capacity to hold your party on your specific date? Most companies offer Limousines and Buses, decide on which style would work best for you.
- What is included inside the vehicle that you may want or need? For example, we provide our customers with ice, crystal glasses, champagne flutes, and cocktail napkins.
- How many hours do you need and what is the time frame? Be sure they have the vehicle you have chosen for the exact hours that you need.
- Do they extend a welcome to you to come see the showroom and vehicles you may be interested in? Do not always trust the internet or word of mouth, it is highly recommended to see the vehicles in person.
- Do they have customer references? Go online and read reviews from trusted sources.
- How long has the company been in business? Experience can make a large difference.
- Do you have a driver you would like to request? Rest assured, all of our drivers have the proper license, certifications, and records to ensure your safety with them behind the wheel.

Now that you have the perfect dress, the tuxedo, your ceremony location, your reception hall, and your bridal party, it is time to think about some more details.
Here are some helpful things to look for when reserving your transportation:
- How are we going to get everyone to the venue(s)?
- What do I need to know to arrange the right vehicle with Status Limousine for my wedding day?
- You should make your transportation reservations at least 10 - 12 months in advance. The earlier, the better!
- Take into account that the months of May and June are extremely busy transportation times with Weddings, Proms, and Graduations.
- Compare prices with various companies. But remember, the best price does not guarantee the best service.
- You will see that most companies will have a minimum of four hours. Do not forget to take into account the drivers gratuity of approximately 20%.
- What style vehicle do you want? Limousines come in all sizes, from the original stretch limousine to the Luxury Limousine Buses, and SUV Limousines.
- Is the color of the vehicle important to you? Most companies carry both white and black vehicles.
- Before booking a limousine you should meet the company in person and view all the vehicles that you are interested in.
- Always request a contract so everything is in black and white. This will ensure the company is legally bound to the reservation.
- Note any specifics such as additional time, parking, tolls, and the cancellation policy. Every company has different policies.
